It is made with NON GMO Canola oil and a secret blend of ingredients. Needs no refrigeration, but is best when served cold. The shelf life is 1 year. Since there are no thickeners or preservatives, you must SHAKE IT SHAKE IT SHAKE IT! immediately prior to pouring. Each 16oz bottle is $12.00
