LILLIAN’S Crock Pot Roast with Vegetables created by Amber Moore

Ingredients

*1 1/4 cup Lillian’s Garlic Infused Vinaigrette Salad Dressing and Marinade

*1 cup Merlot

*1 cup beef broth

Mix together and pour over seasoned roast (salt; pepper and garlic salt; or in lieu of garlic salt, rub roast with freshly pressed garlic cloves) in crock pot

Add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and onion

Cover and slow cook all day til beef tender. Stir halfway through to cover vegetables with broth mix
